DAY 1 — Tuesday, August 4, 2026

Pre-Wedding Celebration | Rehearsal Dinner

Our wedding journey begins with an intimate evening dedicated to togetherness and anticipation.
On this first night, we will gather to welcome our loved ones, share laughter, and savor the joy of being reunited, as we step into the magic of the days ahead.

This pre-wedding celebration will be a moment to slow down, connect, and begin our story surrounded by those who mean the most to us.

Further details regarding the location, timing, and atmosphere of the evening will be shared closer to the date.
We invite you to stay connected as the celebration unfolds.

DAY 2 — Wednesday, August 5, 2026

Wedding Day | at Rada, Positano

Set against the timeless beauty of Positano and the Amalfi Coast, we will exchange our vows in a place where sea, sky, and heart meet.
Surrounded by love, light, and the people who have shaped our lives, we will say “I do” and begin the next chapter of our story.

The celebration will gently unfold throughout the evening and will include:

  • Ceremony
  • Cocktail hour
  • Wedding dinner

All wedding-day events will take place in Positano.
The full schedule and further details will be shared as the date approaches.

DAY 3 — Thursday, August 6, 2026

Post-Wedding Boat Day

As the sun rises on our first day as newlyweds, the celebration continues upon the water.
We will set sail along the Amalfi Coast, embracing the rhythm of the sea, the warmth of the sun, and the effortless beauty of Italy.

A day of cruising, swimming in crystal-clear waters, and lingering in the glow of shared memories awaits — a gentle farewell to an unforgettable celebration.

Details regarding timing, meeting point, and itinerary will be shared closer to the date.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Positano offers an enchanting selection of hotels, boutique properties, and private accommodations, each woven into the dramatic beauty of the Amalfi Coast.
To fully embrace the spirit of the village, we recommend staying in or near Positano town, where restaurants, beach clubs, and winding streets can be enjoyed at a leisurely pace.

The team at Your Wedding in Italy is personally curating accommodations for our guests and will be delighted to assist anyone who wishes to receive tailored guidance in finding the most suitable stay. Each room is carefully considered to ensure comfort, convenience, and proximity to the heart of the celebrations.

Due to the unique geography of Positano — a town shaped by stairways, steep paths, and breathtaking elevations — we gently advise against booking accommodations independently unless you are already familiar with the area. A property may appear close and easily accessible at first glance, yet in reality involve long climbs and significant distances from where our wedding events will take place.

As the couple will be staying in a very specific area of Positano, and all celebrations will unfold nearby, we warmly encourage guests to consult with our planning team. This will allow us to guide you toward the most seamless and enjoyable accommodation option, ensuring you can fully relax and savor every moment of this unforgettable experience.

Entry Requirements

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

Starting in 2026, non-EU nationals (including U.S. and U.K. citizens) will be required to apply for an ETIAS travel authorization prior to entering Italy.

The system is expected to become operational during 2026 — we’ll keep you updated as soon as official information is released.

Airports & Transfers

We recommend the following airports:

✈️ Naples International Airport (NAP)

Closest and most convenient airport to Positano

Approx. 60 km / 1.5 hours by car

Best reached via private transfer or car service

✈️ Rome Airports (FCO / CIA)

Ideal if you’re planning to visit Rome

High-speed train to Naples + private transfer to Positano

Getting to Positano

Private transfer: Most comfortable and recommended option

Train + ferry: Train to Naples or Salerno, then ferry to Positano (seasonal)

Car rental: Not recommended unless you’re comfortable driving narrow coastal roads

HOW TO ENJOY THE AMALFI COAST

Whether you’re here for a few days or making a longer Italian holiday out of it, there’s so much to explore.

Discover Positano

Positano is a place to be discovered slowly, one step at a time.
Wander through its colorful streets and cascading stairways, where bougainvillea frames pastel houses and every turn reveals a new glimpse of the sea. Pause often — for a view, a photograph, or simply to take it all in.

Spend a sun-soaked afternoon at Spiaggia Grande or the quieter Fornillo Beach, letting the rhythm of the waves set the pace of your day. Browse local boutiques for hand-painted ceramics, fine linen, and the iconic handmade sandals crafted by local artisans. As evening approaches, enjoy an aperitivo overlooking the water, when the light softens and Positano glows.

For those drawn to the sea, a boat excursion along the coast reveals hidden coves, secluded beaches, and perspectives of the coastline that can only be admired from the water.

Day Trips & Experiences

Beyond Positano, the Amalfi Coast and its surroundings offer unforgettable experiences.
Sail to Capri and visit the legendary Blue Grotto, explore the historic charm of Amalfi and the elevated elegance of Ravello, or step back in time among the ruins of Pompeii, with Mount Vesuvius rising in the distance.

For nature lovers, the Path of the Gods (Sentiero degli Dei) offers breathtaking views suspended between sea and sky. Wine enthusiasts may enjoy tastings on volcanic soil near Vesuvius, while private boat tours along the Amalfi Coastprovide a more relaxed and intimate way to explore the shoreline.

Food & Wine

Food here is not simply a meal, but a way of life.
Join a cooking class with local chefs, savor limoncello made from sun-ripened lemons, or enjoy farm-to-table experiences rooted in tradition and seasonality. Sunset dinners overlooking the sea are unforgettable — or simply slow down, sip an espresso in the piazza, and embrace la dolce vita.
