Saturday, June 5, 2027
Wedding Day at Villa Beatitudo
- We will be saying “I do” surrounded by the timeless beauty of Lake Iseo.
- Set on a charming island in the heart of the lake, Villa Beatitudo is a historic Italian residence filled with character, romance, and breathtaking views. Together, we will celebrate our love framed by the shimmering waters and the serene landscape that make this place so magical.
- Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will unfold throughout the villa’s enchanting grounds, followed by an evening of joyful celebration under the Italian sky.
- Transportation details will be shared soon.
- Attire: Formal elegance — refined attire with an Italian touch encouraged.

PASSPORT
When traveling outside of the USA, passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date you return.Please double-check your passports ahead of time to ensure a smooth journey.

AIRPORTS
The most convenient airports for reaching Lake Iseo are located in Milan and Bergamo.
Closest & Most Recommended Airport:✈️ Milan Bergamo Airport (Orio al Serio – BGY)Approximately 35–45 minutes by car from the lake.
This airport offers numerous European and international connections and is the most practical option for reaching the wedding location.
Alternative airports:
✈️ Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) – approx. 1 hour 30 minutes by car✈️ Milan Linate Airport (LIN) – approx. 1 hour 15 minutes by car
All Milan airports are well connected internationally.
GETTING TO LAKE ISEO
Private Transfer (Recommended)
Travel Time from Bergamo Airport: approx. 40 minutesEstimated Cost: €200–€220 one way (depending on number of guests and luggage)
Private transfers can be arranged in advance for a seamless arrival experience.We are happy to assist with booking.
This is the most comfortable and stress-free option.
Car Rental (Recommended)
Travel Time from Bergamo Airport: approx. 40 minutes
Car rental desks are available directly at the airport, but we highly suggest to book in advance.
We recommend renting a car for your stay, as it offers flexibility to explore the lake, surrounding villages, and nearby vineyards at your own pace.
Parking in the Lake Iseo area is generally easier and more accessible than in larger cities.
Public Transportation (Not Recommended, but Possible)
For guests who prefer public transport, the journey requires multiple connections.
Example route from Bergamo Airport:
- Bus from the airport to Bergamo city center
- Bus from Bergamo Terminal SAB to Sarnico
- Taxi or 10–15 minute walk to your accommodation
Estimated Travel Time: approx. 1 hour 45 minutes – 2 hoursMultiple stops and transfers required.
While this option is more economical, it may be less convenient, especially with luggage.
We generally recommend either a private transfer or car rental for comfort and ease.

A beautiful, newly built boutique hotel located just steps from the lake, Lake & More Suite Hotel offers modern elegance, spacious rooms and a relaxed atmosphere — the perfect balance of comfort and Italian charm.
This hotel will be at the heart of our wedding weekend: Jessie & Nick will be staying here
And, most importantly, we would love for all our guests to stay together here
There is something truly special about sharing the same space — meeting for breakfast, running into one another before the events, enjoying a late-night drink after dancing and creating memories during all the quiet moments between celebrations.
Rather than being scattered across different towns, we envision everyone gathered in one place, building a wonderful sense of togetherness throughout the entire weekend.

Our Wedding Room Block
A dedicated room block has been reserved exclusively for our wedding guests.
The main wedding stay includes two nights:
Check-in: June 4th, 2027
Check-out: June 6th, 2027
Would you like to stay a little longer? Additional nights may also be requested and will be confirmed according to availability.
Choose Your Room
All rates are per room, per night and include breakfast.
- Double Room with Terrace — €120 per night
- Lake View Double Room — €120 per night
- Lake View Double Room with Terrace — €125 per night
- Superior Triple Room — €140 per night
- Triple Room with Terrace — €140 per night
- Triple Room with Kitchen — €160 per night
- Standard Quadruple Room — €170 per night
- Lake View Quadruple Room — €180 per night
- Connecting Suite 3, for up to 6 guests — €270 per night
Room categories are subject to availability at the time your request is processed, so we recommend sending your request as soon as you are ready.
Breakfast & City Tax
Breakfast is included in your room rate.
A city tax of €2.00 per person, per night is not included and must be paid directly at the hotel.
Reserving Your Room
To reserve your room, simply complete the accommodation request form below.
Once your request has been received, the Your Wedding in Italy Wedding Team will check the availability of your selected room and dates. You will then receive a complete reservation summary together with the payment link.
A deposit equal to 40% of the total accommodation cost will be required to confirm your room.
The remaining balance will be due by March 1st, 2027.
Please remember that submitting the form does not automatically confirm your reservation. Your room will be officially confirmed once availability has been verified and the 40% deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change, so please take a moment to review the cancellation conditions:
Cancellations communicated by February 1st, 2027 are free of charge, and any deposit already paid will be refunded.
For cancellations communicated after February 1st and before March 1st, 2027, the 40% deposit will be non-refundable.
From March 1st, 2027, the entire accommodation amount will be non-refundable.
